Each time the car's scripts run, they ask our secure database over HTTPS whether this player is authorized.

Leaks stop themselves

Authorized, the car works. Not authorized, it deletes itself and your Discord webhook tells you who tried.

When you deauthorize someone, it is saved the moment you press the button. It applies the next time the car's scripts start, because that is when they check in.

What does the Free plan include?

One protected car for your own Roblox account, with leak alerts to your Discord webhook. No card and no time limit. When you want more cars, move to Personal.

How does the free trial work?

Link your Roblox account and start a one-day trial of Personal from the dashboard or with /trial in Discord. No card is needed. Each Discord account and each Roblox account can use a trial once. When it ends you drop back to Free and keep your first car.

What is the 24-hour grace period?

If a payment fails or a plan ends, everything keeps working for 24 hours before anything changes. You can pay at any time in that window and nothing is lost.

Why do I link my Roblox account?

On Free and Personal, a plan covers one Roblox account: yours. You prove it is yours by adding a short phrase to your Roblox profile About text, then Novari checks it. A Roblox account can only be linked to one Discord account, so a Personal plan can't be shared around. You can remove the phrase afterwards.

What is the difference between Protect your car and Make a sale?

Protect your car builds protected scripts for your own Roblox account, which is what most people need. Make a sale is for authorizing other people as buyers and is part of Enterprise.

I sell cars to other people. Which plan do I need?

Enterprise. Send a request from the dashboard or with /enterprise in Discord, tell us about your server or store, and chat with us there. We reply with a price made for you and you pay it through Stripe.

What happens if I stop paying for Personal?

After the 24-hour grace period you move to Free, which covers one car. Your other cars are kept for 14 days in case you come back, and subscribing again restores them straight away.

What happens when I deauthorize a player?

Their access is removed straight away in the database. The next time their car's scripts start, the check fails, the car deletes itself and you get an alert in Discord.

Do the scripts check all the time?

No. A script checks in once each time it runs. That keeps cars fast and means nothing is polling in the background.

What if a script can't reach Novari?

It fails closed. A script that can't verify itself doesn't run, so a copy taken offline or with the check removed is not useful to anyone.

Do I have to use the website?

No. Every action is also a Discord command, and the website shows the same data. Use whichever suits you.

Can I change my linked Roblox account?

Yes. Use Change account on the Roblox account page of the dashboard, or /link change in Discord, and the cars you protected move to the new account. You can also Unlink it. To stop a plan being passed around, you can change or unlink once every 7 days.

How do I cancel?

Open your billing page (or Plan in the dashboard) and choose Manage billing, or run /billing in Discord. You can cancel there at any time.

What do you store about me?

Your Discord name, ID and avatar for logging in, your linked Roblox username and ID, and the Roblox names and IDs of any buyers you authorize. Read the short privacy page for the details.
